金属软管产品介绍

金属软管是工程技术中重要的连接构件。它是由波纹柔性管、网套和接头结合而成，起到管道工程系统中补偿位移和安装偏差、吸收振动、降低噪声等作用。金属软管使用的波纹管有两种：一种是螺旋形波纹管，另一种是环形波纹管。软管接头有：螺母型、管螺纹型、法兰型、焊接型、快速接头型、活接型等多种型式。

Metal hose is an important connecting component in engineering technology. It is composed of corrugated flexible pipe, net sleeve and joint. It can compensate displacement and installation deviation, absorb vibration and reduce noise in pipeline engineering system. There are two kinds of bellows used in metal hoses: spiral bellows and annular bellows. Hose joints are nut type, pipe thread type, flange type, welding type, fast joint type, flexible joint type and other types.

工作温度（working temperature）：-196～+200℃

主要用途（Main uses）：

a：输送具有腐蚀性的化工介质或有机溶剂。（例如：装卸氨水、丙酮等）

Transport corrosive chemical media or organic solvents. (e.g. loading and unloading ammonia, acetone, etc.)

b：输送高温气体、热油等高温介质。（例如：蒸汽、导热油）

Transport high temperature gas, hot oil and other high temperature media. (e.g. steam, heat conducting oil)

c：输送低温或超低温介质。（例如：液氮、液氧、液氢）

Transport of cryogenic or ultra-cryogenic media. (e.g. liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen)

d：高温环境下输送水、气、油等介质。（例如：炼焦、炼钢连铸、炼钢转炉、炼钢VOD电炉、轧钢加热炉、轧机油膜轴承润滑等设备中的冷却系统和液压系统）

Water, gas, oil and other media are transported under high temperature environment.
